We are a small, faithful and willing evangelical congregation, who have been praying to see
our community come alive for the Kingdom. We envisage such a pastor has a proven
aptitude for church growth and outreach.


Essential – Christian maturity, possession of spiritual attributes as described in 1 Tim.
3:1-7 and Titus 1: 5-9, a demonstrated record of church growth and effective community
outreach, a team builder in line with Eph. 4:11-13, adherence to the Church’s Statement
of Faith, theological training. 

You will be required, at or before interview, to provide at least 2 character referees.
It should be noted that our Child Protection policy also requires us to contact your previous 2 employers.

A current working with children check clearance and satisfactory
criminal record check must be either provided or obtained prior to any appointment.

Please provide a CV (max. 2 pages)

plus a covering letter (max. 2 pages) indicating how you meet the selection criteria. 

Desirable – fluency in one or more community languages, driver licence, musical talent
and IT skills.

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated in accordance with
recommendations of the Fellowship of Congregational Churches.

We anticipate the appointment of a suitable Pastor, to be made early in the new year.
